This “Cancellation, Return & Refund policy” is subject to the Terms & Conditions, Additional Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy of the website http://world1trade.com and/or https://world1trade.com (hereinafter referred to as “the Site” in rest of this policy document and/or across various documents contained in the said website). This policy is effective from the date and time a user registers with the Site by filling up the Registration form and accepting the terms and conditions laid out in the website’s Terms & Condition and Privacy Policy.

The Site is owned by Rainger Ventures Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “RVPL” or “the Company” across this policy document and/or across various documents contained in the said website). The Company has created this Return & Refund policy in order to demonstrate its commitment to the users’ satisfaction. As the internet is an ever evolving medium, we may change our Return & Refund policy from time to time to incorporate necessary future changes.

CANCELLATION POLICY: The Orders placed may be requested to be cancelled within 24 hours OR before the consignment was dispatched from the Company’s Warehouse, whichever is earlier. However, while sending the request, user/buyer needs to provide valid reason(s) for such cancellation request and provide supporting document(s) as sought from time to time, as requested. The decision on Cancellation request will be taken by the Company within 72 working hours after receiving and the same shall be communicated to the requesting party. User hereby agrees that the decision (regarding the cancellation request) of the Company shall be a binding on all parties involved in the transaction. Once the Cancellation request is accepted, and /or the Goods and/or Products and/or services, if shipped, is/are received back at source, the appropriate refund (as applicable) shall be arranged by the concerned party as per the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy of the Company. The COST OF RETURN FREIGHT and RISKS IN TRANSIT shall be borne by the User, and shall be reduced from the Refund Amount.

RETURN POLICY: In cases, where The Orders are to be DELIVERED to the Purchaser/Consignee/User by the Company and accordingly full payment was realized by the Company in advance, the Company shall get the consignment delivered through it’s Logistics Service Providers to the Shipping Address provided in the order. After delivery of such consignment, if it is identified that an incorrect item had been shipped from origin or there is any item received with visible manufacturing defect, the Purchaser/User may raise a RETURN REQUEST within 48 hours of receiving the shipment at destination. However, while sending the request, user/buyer needs to provide valid reason(s) for such return request and provide supporting evidence as requested by the Company. The decision on Return request will be taken by the Company within 72 working hours after receiving and the same shall be communicated to the requesting party. User hereby agrees that the decision (regarding the return request) of the Company shall be a binding on all parties involved in the transaction. Once the Return request is accepted, the related goods shall be shipped back by the Purchaser/User, without using and in original packing, at their own risks and cost to the origin warehouse of the Company. Once the subject Goods / Products are received back at source warehouse in the condition specified above, the appropriate / proportionate refund (as applicable) shall be arranged by the Company / concerned party as per the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy of the Company. The COST OF RETURN FREIGHT and RISKS IN TRANSIT shall be borne by the User. The Return Consignment needs to be a “Pre-Paid Consignment” and the Company shall not receive any “Freight To-Pay Shipment” at their end.

REFUND POLICY: On successful Cancellation of order or execution of Return of subject goods to origin warehouse of the Company, as per the Cancellation and Return Policy of the Company, a proportionate refund of amount duly paid, excluding tax(es) as applicable, shall be refunded, within 7 working days, provided: The amount paid by the User / Subscriber / You was credited in the Company’s designated Bank Account, the Goods and/or Products and/or Services purchased by the User / Subscriber / You were not utilized and the return shipment is received safely in original condition of the goods.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment made through any payment gateway refund will be made to the same account.

Regarding any Offline Physical Goods and/or Products and/or Services sold by any Third-Party merchant selling its physical Goods and/or Products and/or Services on the Site, the Third-party sellers choose whether or not they offer a return / refund policy, and if they offer one, they choose how long it lasts before it expires. Hence, please check the cancellation / return / refund policy of the Third-party seller before offering to buy any Goods and/or Products and/or Services from them (Third-Party). The Site or the Company hereby explicitly deny any responsibility or accountability in such matters, as the Site or the Company neither recommends / endorses any goods/ products / services sold using the Sites commercial advertisement services, nor it acts as an agent / representative of any such third-party advertisers.
